How long can a job take?
Each job will vary in time. Typical 2-car driveways for pressure washing can take up to an hour, depending on severity/type of stains. For general interior cleaning, houses around 2,000 sqft can take up to 3 hours.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts on our services to first time customers, veterans, and first responders.
Are these chemicals toxic?
Most of our pressure washing services will use eco-friendly and non-toxic chemicals. For pest control and grass painting, we ask that you avoid the sprayed surfaces (pets included) for at least 2 hours. We highly recommend pest control services to be conducted at night to minimize potential exposure.
Can pressure washing damage my property?
We take pride in ensuring no damages result from pressure washing. While we do as much as possible to prevent damage, some surfaces, like painted wood or stucco, can possibly suffer minor surface damage. Concrete and other foundational surfaces pose little to no risk of damage.
Do you charge by the hour or provide flat rates?
For most jobs, we provide a flat rate. Pricing will vary based on sqft, nature of job (roofs vs driveways), and distance from our nearest cleaner.
What are your hours of operation?
Our labor hours of operation are 7AM - 7PM every day.
Our booking phone line is open all day Thursday - Sunday.

Sean P. Budge
CEO
Sean served in the United States Marine Corps as a field radio operator (MOS 0621), during which, he found many of his fellow Marines experiencing extreme difficulty finding jobs after their contract. With Privateer Pressure Washing, Sean plans to provide jobs to veterans - helping them hit the ground running after retiring from their military service.
Fernando Pacheco
COO
Fernando is an engineer who focuses on efficiency, he has consistently developed methods, plans and machinery for industrial and residential uses. He uses his knowledge and skills to help provide opportunities to veterans, transitioning from military to civilian life. "It's something very personal to me as I have family and friends who served".
